How to Get Help for Your Child

• Ask your GP: They can send a referral using the JOY App (on the NHS EMIS system).
• Ask a professional: Your social worker or other staff supporting your family can refer for you.
• Ask the school: Your child’s school can make a referral to the service.
• Fill in a simple form: You can show you want your child to join the 10‑week programme. The form goes straight to the charity and your school.

• All professionals working with children – use the charity’s online referral form
  • Schools & Colleges
  • Social Workers
  • Health Visitors
  • Youth Services / Family Support Workers
  • Housing Services
  • Domestic Abuse Services
  • Charities or Community Organisations
• GPs – can refer using either:
  1. JOY App on NHS EMIS
  2. Referral form via the charity’s online referral form below
